        I called the store on West seventh I Explained that I usually use my app But for some reason that day it wouldn't let me and locked me out of it Because I tried three times. I explained to the person who answered that I was Just trying to pay my phone bill And that the app Would not allow me to. His response was " yeah well, not my problem" And he hung up Horrible customer service.

        Good store to get a new plan from always good service from Chris no matter how many times I lost or needed a phone always on point and I appreciate that .....until this day

        Quick and cheap. Got handset switched over for 10 bucks, quickly. No "checking in" and sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for someone that doesnt know anything to come and tell you nothing, like in the tmobile stores. Would recommend.
