Always a pleasant visit. Hit or miss for workspace. Sometimes its very crowded and its kinda like you are all in peoples space if you want to use the socket.

I am not a coffee person, but the smoothies are really good, and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent. The baristas were nice and friendly.

Paola is a great Barista! (Correct me if i misspelled Paola's name, my apologies). This is my first ever review in web. Caribou is fortunate to have employee like Paola who is charming, customer centric and is humble. Her smiles bring a next level of energy. She deserves a raise, promotion and the best Caribou HR can offer. To be honest as an south asian immigrant, i don't really have much idea about varieties of coffee. I had terrible experience across the street at Starbucks with bitter coffee. But Paola prepared the best Mocha added choclate and cream even though, I didn't asked her. She is so sweet. Meanwhile, there was a tall women who was behaving grumphy as "she had to wait long enough changed her mind after ordering and still got the wrong coffee". Even though she didn't said thank you and showed her disappointed face to Paola, Paola was patient, humble and gave her the coffee she wanted with genuine smile. It is worth it to go to Caribou Coffee at this place and today was my second time. Glad i was served coffee by Paola again. As i push the exit door, even though she was super busy, she smiled and said "Have a nice day". She is hardworking, works in weekend and i see her both in morning and evening shifts. Paola's bright smile makes my day. Paola, i wish you the best.

Love this location and the people that work there. Zach is the best, give that man a raise!
