I was living with my parents for a short period between summer 2021 and spring 2022 and between those times the front office staff changed. You used to get calls from maintenance if they were going to plow so you could move your car and that changed winter 2021. The front office staff seemed to take joy in the pain and frustration I experienced, even boasting that the tire company they use "wouldn't be cheap" to get my car back from. The only reason that I didn't give a lower rating is because in the time that they've lived there (over 10 years at this point) Jack has been a kind and helpful maintenance person and the pool and other amenities increased in quality over the years

Jack the maintenance guy will have your car towed and not tell you. When you report it to the property manager over at Cedar Management, she wont even respond to you. Awful staff. Rude and think they run the place as opposed to working for the homeowners. Fascist bunch of power hungry jerks that do not care about anyone in this building. Management and staff all need to be replaced. Do not make the same mistake as me and buy a unit here.

Nice area, bus stop in front of building goes downtown in the morning and returns in the evening.
