I've used Gaviota on several projects and referred them to customers who were relieved to deal with Harold after getting no response from competitors. Detailed invoices with photos make accounting easier. Staff members Selene and Alan are also friendly and helpful. Reasonable pricing, quick turnaround and wonderful people to work with.         They replaced commercial property roof in budget in a reasonable time. Then came out to fix small leaks the next year. Hasn't leaked 3rd year.
