The tech was amazing! He diagnosed, isolated and fixed the problem with my AC unit, all the while educating and answering all my questions patiently and happily! He found a great use for the discarded capacitor. He charged a very fair price. We are happy to have some cool air again. I will be glad to refer this company to everyone I know.

It was time for the semiannual inspection of ac. Thanks to KM Heating And Cooling for working with me on scheduling an appointment that was convenient to me. The technicians came out, per scheduled time, and did a great job going through all of the systems to make sure all was working properly. They reminded me what I would need on my next cleaning. Would recommend them to everyone.

Look no further -- KM Heating And Cooling is the best! After extensive online research and asking friends/neighbors I elected to go with them for my current AC problems. Upon calling in, I spoke with Chris who was beyond personable and communicated that he would get a technician to my house asap. Within the hour, tech arrived and was able to quickly fix my AC problems (low coolant, micro leaks, and clogged drain) Super friendly and very economical. Pricing is upfront, honest, and well worth it! I highly recommend looking into them for ongoing/continual maintenance work as well. FIVE STAR SERVICE for sure!

We called KM Heating And Cooling when our AC failed during a heat wave. The staff who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful, scheduling a visit as soon as possible. The very next day, I got a call that a technician was on his way to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He had cold air flowing in less than an hour, and the price was fair. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would!
