Chemical Dependency Evaluations

Got an evaluation. Counselor was super knowledgeable and helpful. Cleared up an out of state OWI in Wisconsin and got my driver license back. I was a little hard to park downtown but there was a park right behind the office building that had street parking available.

It's not a rule 25 assessment if you are privately paying for you chemical health assessment. A rule 25 assessment is used to determine public funding for chemical dependency treatment. Get your information right!!

Scammed me only trying to get money. Court ordered for small amount in a different state I also have my medical card. This place recommends me to go to impatient treatment lol

I recently had a chemical evaluation done by Michael and he was a pleasure to talk with. He was able to help me out with everything I needed. Due to Covid we weren't able to meet in person so we did everything on zoom. Micheal got me on the schedule right away and was there to make sure all my questions were answered. There's a reason they have a 5 star rating. If you're looking for a place to have a private chemical evaluation done Michael is the man.
