These loan people work like trash. Some say they have been there for 10+ years but have no urgency to get back to the customers. Nobody returns calls there. When they ask if you want to leave a voicemail, don't bother because you will never receive a call back. it just means theyMaybe their trying to get back to their clients from 10+ years ago. The loan officers I've worked with years ago have been great, but they have left already. Now you have to deal with these trash people. Looks like nobody cares anymore. TRASH!

both of the female receptionists at the front entrance needs to adjust their attitude. they need more and better customer service training, i highly recommend it!

Things haven't changed after I stopped using them 5 years ago. The receptionists are always rude, they don't greet people at the door, and they're very passive aggressive. It has always been hard to get a good loan even with my capital, work history, and 800+ credit score. Then they're always calling and asking me to do business with them, after another bank takes care of me. Glad I closed my account today.
