Had another hygienist & like bc she also made me feel comfortable (as comfortable as I can due to anxiety of going to the dentist etc) & cleaned gently.
Had scheduled w her for next appt & so on but last 1-2yrs, been "unassigned" & given no notice of change of hygienist when I went for my appts. Had couple rough & very wet cleaning from other hygienists lately. The standards had been lower last couple years.
Recently, scheduled my appt w this hygienist & Dr who I had for years but had to wait 8 months to get back to see this hygienist. You know what? Couple days before my appt, Metro Dental called saying my appt was with someone else! Unbelievable! Very frustrating!
Going to see how the next couple appts goes, otherwise I'm going somewhere else.
