The most impressive thing for me when I worked with Xavier Martine was the attention I received. He was always prompt in returning my calls, thorough at communicating my options and didnt make me feel like another number. Facing criminal charges was terrifying, particularly when I didnt understand that I had done anything wrong! Xavier made me feel like a person, not a criminal. That really meant a lot to me! I am grateful.
