Chris and his team are High Caliber in my book. He is on the ball. my case was very complicated and extended from New Mexico all the way to Minnesota. Timing and accuracy was crucial. It took everything from the courts to the attorneys to the sheriff's department for me to get my son back with a New Mexico Ex Parte court order. He did not hesitate. As a women in her early 60s with no experience working though complex legal issues, I will be forever grateful that I found Mr. Banas. My divorce was complex and one of the rare cases that did not settle. Not only was his performance in the courtroom superb, but the result of my judgement was far better than I was being offered for settlement. I realize that this is due to many factors and not just his performance on Game Day but it was impressive none the less. I would also point out that his advice regarding the strategy I should be taking in order to secure the best possible judgment for myself was the biggest key in my outcome. This was not a path I would have guessed but I believe was the biggest contributing factor for my favorable judgment. With all that said, the biggest compliment I can give about my experience is the treatment I received by Chris and his staff. They answered all questions and were incredibly patient explaining things to me that I was simply ill equipped to handle. At no point did I feel like I was just a case or just a number. I felt heard and I felt strength throughout the process ( over 2 years!) because of that. I retained Mr. Banas to represent me in a family law matter. From the very first consultation call to the resolution of my matter he was always there for me. He showed compassion for my situation and took the time to understand my needs and my case. He was always very responsive and reachable. He was well versed on legal matters that arose during my case and always able to speak to them and offer advice and strategy. Banas rewrote my meadetiated he wrote out 2 trusts 3 family checks. Pension . Unservalued property that my husband got and overvaluedvthe properties i got and signed thedivorce that said it wS mediated knowing fulll well that he had rewritten itand tgat my husband was abusing me
