I ordered a Medium pave arrangement for my friend who had just graduated from grad school. The pictures I received of the arrangement were shockingly different from what was pictured on the website. Only one color was used and for what I paid the amount of flowers (even just variety of flowers used) was disappointing. On a positive note they seem very friendly at the shop. Instagram vs. reality is a real issue.

I don't usually post reviews for places at all but they truly went above and beyond to handle my request. I had an honest mistake in my order and was prepared to take the loss due to my own negligence, but everyone at the shop was super accommodating and quickly resolved my issue the same day! They'll have a permanent customer in me for that and I am endlessly grateful for their excellent customer service.
