I live out of state and googled Flowers in St Paul, as I wanted a local shop for 2 very special arrangements. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and the temps were well below zero. I found this arrangement and knew it would be perfect for my brother in St Paul. I ordered it in the morning and it arrived later that day. My brother was very happy with the quality and funky design, it brought him much needed joy during a stressful times. Thank you to the delivery driver who was out on that frigid day delivering delicate flowers to their destinations. Recommend Hills Floral for the quality of the arrangements, ease of ordering on line and the delivery driver. Thank you!
