        i ordered flowers for my mom leading up to mothers day. i wanted to treat her to something really special because things have been very hard recently. there was a slight hiccup in my order, but Carolyn called me to explain the situation and worked with me to make sure my mom would receive that special something. i appreciate their help and work very much.
