The minute we walked through the door, we were treated with kindness. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and only made suggestions if needed. That gave me peace of mind. Every detail was treated as important. We gave a memorial service in St. Paul and the family celebration service in Florida. Willwerscheid staff helped with whatever we needed to make the transition claiming. They asked my budget and stayed within my request, even going below budget and yet providing so much more than expected. Our Florida experience did not compare to what was given to us at Willerscheid. We were able to contact them any time with any questions. I am still amazed at the level of comfort and compassion we received. Somehow, they made a very painful situation a time to pleasantly remember. I would recommend their service to anyone, knowing they are trustworthy and extremely professional. To ALL the STAFF: excellent, excellent service. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
