This store can get busy depending on the time of day, but they have a good selection of things and are rarely out.

Ive been shopping at Cub for years Im 52 years old. I shop here as a customer, and I also shop here as a Instacart shopper. And Ive really never had any problems with any situation finding groceries checking out even at the deli bakery until today. And this has to do with the deli, more so the food part of the deli. I was in there today as a Instacart shopper shopping for a customer and they want hot chicken from the hot food department . I dont know if its Instacart app or its cub foods app but they give you an option of ordering a 10 piece fried chicken dark meat. So I go up to the counter and I asked the guy behind the counter. He says he cant do that I said OK he says theyve never done that I said OK so I text the customer. I told him I cant order the 10 piece dark hes like OK Ill take an eight piece. I tell him I cant order the 10 piece dark hes like OK Ill take a eight piece. OK I go back to the counter and a lady helps me and she says they cant do the eight piece all dark either. I dont want the meal I just want the chicken the customer wants the chicken so I have to order 2 4 piece fried chicken dark meat to get a eight piece for the customer so they want to charge you I think it was 699 for four pieces of all dark chicken , but you dont wanna give that to me or a 10 piece youll sell out all your dark meat and then you wont have any left and then youd have to go make more isnt that what youre supposed to do anyway so if I bought a four piece and the next person bought a four piece and the person after that bought a four piece theres all your dark meat right so Im just trying to figure out make this make sense because I come in there with a order and I want all dark meat. Why cant I purchase all dark meat, so regardless, I wasnt shopping for myself today I was shopping for somebody else, but it just showed me a different side of cubs policies that they have to follow and it is really sad. My families been going to Cub for years , its a Minnesota base company. Why wouldnt we? But after today I will not be bringing my business back to Cub.

Cub always tries charging full price for items marked on sale (hoping you won't notice)

Obviously people are not using your self checkouts so instead of having 50 people waiting on 1 or 2 cashiers to checkout open a couple more checkouts you clearly have enough staff

I couldn't find any specific milk I'm looking for and found an employee by the deli section. I asked her if she knows who work in the dairy section. She said doesn't know but she can page someone. She drop what she was doing and took her time to follow me to see which brand and milk I'm looking for. She said she'll look in the back to see if there's any milk and if not she'll page someone. She was so kind and patient with me. The other gentleman who worked in the dairy section, came out fast to help me and was also kind. Thank you, you both for your great customer service. I wish I had taken the time to ask for your names.
