    Usually a good store with good customer service. My problem was with the key making machine company (key machine is inside of the store) and a couple of different managers. The machine accepts Menards store cards and doesn't issue receipts and you cannot get a receipt from Menards where the machine is located. I felt two managers blew me off claiming they have nothing to do with the key machine and they cannot do anything to help me and obviously didn't want to help me either. So I'm left with no receipt to turn into my employer. Very poor business practices and management. They offer to email you a order summary which doesn't show if paid cash or credit for proof of purchase.

    Always a fun spot to go shopping with my 2 year old granddaughter. Staff are very friendly and the glass sided elevators and second story make it more fun for little kids. I like the selection and the great prices

    I rate 5 out of 5 for a reason I like going to Menards for supplies and some groceries and pop and yes carpenter materials so yes its awesome for me

    Zero humanity thanks Menards for once again, showing me that I should never shop here and that you have the worst customer service I could possibly imagine! You have a giant parking lot with 100s of empty parking spaces and yet youre gonna have my car towed because it broke down and I cant get a replacement part until tomorrow so you give me a deadline of 10 PM tonight or youre gonna have it towed, your reasoning if its just an alternator that it needs to be out of here com Because its JUST AN ALTERNATOR, is that somehow make it easier to fix than if it was a flat tire or I guess I dont understand the reasoning but at any rate it may just be an alternator but the car I would use to drive to pick up that alternator is broken down here. Its also 5 outside in the middle of winter so Ill do my best to walk to the store to get the alternator which is miles away and/or pay for an Uber which I dont have any money for because my slush funds were just eating up when I was hit head on by another driver, who didnt have a drivers license and or insurance, causing me to have to pay for all my damage to my vehicle this weekend and eventually causing this mechanical issue, So Im a little low on extra funds And my used car breakdown savings account actually doesnt have a mechanic on standby with delivery Access same day. But besides all that Im sure Ill be able to get back here to work in the dark , in the -10 weather Attempting to fix my first ever alternator problem. Least my fingers will be warm because I came inside and bought some toasty gloves from you guys. They were way overpriced but I get 11% rebate, right! Thatll come in handy in six weeks when I get it. It totally makes sense, I mean the conditions are perfect for me to have this thing fixed up in a jiffy I wonder what would happen when Menards people have things go wrong or do you not have things go wrong? are you one of them lucky ones or blessed ones or just way smarter and or better than me, and you just structured your life so well that you dont have issues like this if so congratulations , but the thousands of people that you serve many of which are blue-collar workers who live paycheck to paycheck we dont have that same affordability to just snap our fingers and have an alternator Magically fixed and once again, so happy I chose to go inside your store and spend my money here trying to figure out the problem, For you guys to turn around and show tie true humanity thank you general manager By not allowing me to use one of Hundred plus parking spots that you have open until I can get the replacement part in the morning, once again thanks for showing how much you are for the people! Its funny cuz you mentioned that you walked by me on your way in today, I dont recall you saying excuse me, sir can I help you I mean its not like you work for a giant store full of tools and Im trying to work on my car with none! I meani just cant can imagine how you could help me. I cant imagine how you could help me. Oh yes, how about getting in touch with your humanity and not have my car towed because if it were you Im sure you would like the extra few hours considering its the coldest its been all winter and Im a, was a paying customer!

    I was a victim of racism here. Im a Hispanic woman who was shopping when at least 5 security guards came to me. They said I stole the products I had with me (I was on the second floor still shopping I dont know how is that consider stealing) they took me to a security room. Didnt let me use my phone to call my family. They made me sign a form or I wouldnt leave. All was against the law. Menards is racist I just think they saw me and thought that I couldnt pay for three products that in total werent more than $15. We have spent over 20 thousand dollars here during the last 3 years. You lost a family who really supported this company. Dont go here or any other of their stores.Im considering taking legal action taking in count all the other experiences I have read about this place being racist.
