James has helped me with diagnosis and repair of my AC last summer and now with a heating issue. He is very thorough and professional in his work and also a pleasure to be around. J&R Heating & Cooling installed the original HVAC unit and I have used their services to add a zone and handle all services for the last nine years. I am totally satisfied with them.

Full Disclosure: I did not use this company's services. I'm also going to call BS and say that I believe most if not all of this company's reviews are fake. Just read them. They don't look like real people, the reviews are all written not like real people. They are PAID/false reviews. Just for that very reason, stay away from this shady company and Randall as well. I called them, and someone very hard to understand told me it was $300 to have someone come for an estimate/consultation. In my professional opinion (I do remodeling and renovations), this is just terrible business. And mostly the companies that are fly-by-night or shady have these types of policies. If you're good, you give free estimates, because you'll win most of the bids you give out. Also, the person I spoke to was the same person as Randall Heating and Cooling. So...something fishy/shady is going on. Same company, same dispatch? Just saying, doesn't sound like a legit, professional company in all aspects.

These guys are super amazing and offered at very reasonable prices. They came for a furnace tune up and they did a meticulous work. Their technicians are awesome, efficient and highly skilled in their work. I recommend!!
