We've been with Lori and Jim for more than 25 years for all our home, auto, and umbrella insurance needs. To take a que from the jewelry guy, " I feel like I have a friend in the insurance business." Yes, our rates are always industry competitive, but much more importantly to us is that Jim and Lori are always, reachable and there to answer our questions and address any life, vehicle or home changes we might require. Jim and Lori never fail to come through and we've been with them for years. 6 cars, the house, umbrella insurance....you name it....they are the experts. When it comes to filing a claim, a call or the highly useful MyAmFam app make it easy too! Our recent claim, we were even able to text with the adjuster weeks after the claim opened and he was responding in minutes making everything easy and smooth.
