        Unprofessional place. I wouldn't go back. Employees need better training. Go to a different T Mobile location and save yourself the headache.

        I went there yesterday wanting to trade in my phone and the told me to wait . They made us wait for an hour and a half and then kicked us out saying we are closing if they knew they were busy they should have told us earlier that they wouldnt have enough time to do the trade. We would have instantly left and came back at an earlier time where more staffs were available.They treated us like trash. It makes me wonder how they treat other customers. I am very dissatisfied by the way we were treated and I hope people are aware of the treatment towards some customers.
