        When I had a complaint, I couldn't talk to a supervisor. Several attempts on the 800 number and leaving messages. Unsafe donation.

        My only complaint ithe very second the center closes they don't answer their phones. So when they mess up and forget to add the additional bonus on to your card. You're stuck until the following day to get the issue fixed.
