Appears to be essentially an overflow trough for large drunken downtown events: you will surely find a better meal in literally any shop cafeteria or bodega. The one man on staff when we visited on a slow night was a champ. It is disappointing to have such a nice space and fun (if hokey) menu concept but absolutely tank it with terrible) low quality freezer products and chemical condiments in lieu of food. The burger is OK. Decent array of sauces, although they'd be incomparably better from scratch. Order the cardboard chicken at your own peril... not really a restaurant Parking: Allegedly, parking is validated in the hotel ramp? - I doubt this system is practiced during high volume events. The valet was gracious enough to allow us to simply park in the temporary spaces the night we visited

Don't believe the one star reviews from people who only have 1 or 2 reviews total. For a place that just opened a little while ago I thought the food was good and came out timely. Definitely worth a shot if you are in the area, and it was worth supporting a local businesses downtown. Thanks Schmorgie's for Hamms on tap and please do the right thing and make them twofers twentyfourseven.

We decided to try here for lunch after an appointment and there was no staff on duty at all. We were seated by what I suspect was a valet and he stated the waitstaff was running late. It was 1230 in the afternoon and they were open at 11! I asked for a gingerale only for it to be soda water w coke. SUPER disappointed and wasted $10 on parking! First impressions matter and wow did this miss theark by a landslide!!

QR codes for ordering defeat the purpose of dining out. The "Bartender" dropped off our drinks and then delivered our food a few minutes later. Couldn't get anyone's attention for ketchup. Walking taco was lukewarm at best, burger was terrible, and the pickle fries were so salty you could barely eat them. We never got asked if we needed anything or how our food was. Might as well go to a fast food restaurant.

Ah, a voice of reason amidst a shallow sea of one-star mysteries! We're tickled pink that you enjoyed our offerings and found the tempo of our service to be more symphony than solo. Diving into the local scene with a bit of support is like music to our ears, and we're all about hitting the right notes, especially for discerning patrons like yourself. Now, about those Hamms on tap—your request for twofers twentyfourseven has us pondering a new kind of happy hour (or should we say, happy eternity?). We'll put our thinking caps on and see how we can jazz up the deal without turning into the Wild West of watering holes. Thanks for the shout-out and for championing the local vibe. Here's to many more rounds of good eats, swift service, and, who knows, maybe even those twofers! 🍻

Well, it sounds like your lunch escapade turned into an unexpected adventure in self-reliance, complete with a cameo appearance by our multi-talented valet! We're all about surprises, but leaving you to navigate the dining wilderness solo was certainly not on the menu. The gingerale remix – that's a new one even for us, and not quite the culinary innovation we had in mind. We're usually more about smashing expectations than missing the mark, especially when it comes to first impressions.Sorry for the parking pinch – that's not the kind of "valet service" we aim to be remembered for. We're usually hitting high notes, not flat sodas. Here's hoping you'll give us a chance to orchestrate a more harmonious experience next time, one that truly hits the spot (and hopefully saves you the parking fare)!

Ah, the tale of the elusive ketchup and the curious case of the lukewarm walking taco! Sounds like our performance had more twists and turns than a soap opera plot. In the world of Smorgie's, where QR codes reign supreme, it seems we've muddled the lines between high-tech convenience and the human touch. And then there's our bartender, moonlighting as a jack-of-all-trades, who seems to have taken the "fast" in fast-casual a tad too seriously. We're all for efficiency, but not at the expense of a good old chinwag about how your meal's going. As for the overly enthusiastic seasoning of our pickle fries, we'll have a word with our salt shaker—it's clearly been a bit heavy-handed. We're in the business of delight, not desiccation.Your fast-food comparison stings a bit, but we take your point. We aim for a bit more pizzazz and a lot more flavor than your average drive-thru. If you're willing to give us another shot, we promise to keep the salt in check and bring the warmth (and not just to our walking tacos).

It sounds like your time-killing mission at our bar turned into a bit of a ghost town adventure – not exactly the thrilling plot twist we aim for at Smorgie's! We're all about creating a buzzing atmosphere, but it seems we left you in a suspenseful lull instead. Our apologies for the unexpected solo act. We're flattered that our atmosphere hit the right notes, even if our staffing tempo was more adagio than allegro. Thanks for pointing out where we can pick up the pace – we're tuning up the band as we speak. Hope we can entice you back for a more lively encore performance next time!
