Jordan is a wonderful person and a talented Realtor. I wouldn't choose anyone else to guide you through getting a first house. He's someone who is knowledgeable enough to diagnosis most issues with a home and he's also willing to crawl through cobwebs in a suit to check out the foundation of a house. You want him on your team.

Jordan is, quite simply, the best. My partner and I set out to buy our first house in Spring 2023 and ended up in one of the hardest markets in a while. After the third offer was fell through with fewer and fewer houses for sale, we started to wonder if we'd find our home. Jordan hung in there with us. He quickly honed in on each of our different tastes and found the overlap in ways that surprised both of us. He never refused to see a house with us, but offered up which houses he thought were the most worth our time -- he was right almost every time. We developed a strong trust in his experience and insights for assessing the quality, fit, and value of each house alongside the state of the market and where our offer might fall in the stack. He was thorough and transparent in every stage of the process, from assessing comps to guide our offer through to post-inspection negotiations. And most of all, he was undeniably invested in finding us the house we really wanted even when we werent totally sure what that looked like.

I am semi-new to Minnesota, and decided it was time for me to stop renting an apartment and buy a house. Was referred by a colleague to Jordan since my colleague had a positive experience when Jordan helped them buy their house. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I didn't know much about things to consider and look for in a property as well as the mortgage/financing process. I knew it was going to be a long process with a lot of questions along the way. Jordan 100% helped me understand the home buying process from start to finish, and put me in contact with a mortgage group who also was excellent to work with. We saw a fair amount of houses together. Jordan is not shy about checking all of the crooks and crannies in a house and on the property. When present in the given house we were looking at, he made sure to point out the insulation and construction materials I wanted to avoid. He always made sure to check things in the house and on the property that were going to need to be addressed and gave me a ballpark idea of repair costs to help me understand what the full $ amount would be to get the house in good order (if it wasn't already)....things like inside the fireplace, the integrity of the chimney, the roof, grading, foundation condition, windows, and much more. Since I am not from the MSP area and struggle with being specific for things I want (even though I am very good at being specific about things I dislike), Jordan was a great thought partner to help me navigate the options that fit my budget and general criteria. I appreciated that he took the time to walk through houses with me and took time to debrief with me to help me sort through my thoughts. When it came time to make the offer, he was very helpful when explaining the different documents I needed to sign, and clarified things when I had questions. He brought in inspectors who provided detailed, yet easy to understand inspection reports. The Title group and mortgage group he recommended were very easy to work with and also explained things for me whenever I had questions (sometimes more than twice). All of the detail and information provided by Jordan, and all of the people he recommended to bring in for different parts of the home buying process, was helpful and makes me realize that I made as informed of a decision as I could have made. Even though I've never bought another house before or worked with a different realtor, I see how other people with other realtors could be misled or not given all pieces of information and might end up buying houses not right for them...this was absolutely not the case with Jordan. He helped give me all of the info available to a prospective home buyer, and that was reassuring and led me to the house that I am happy to have bought. The entire time I worked with Jordan on buying a house, I knew his ultimate goal for me to was to find the right house for me, and not the quickest sell.
