These apartments have open, spacious layouts. I love the nice scenery and trees surrounding the building (some units even have balconies), and yet it is extremely close to groceries and shopping. Management and maintenance are polite, accommodating and responsive. They even sent beautiful Christmas cards to us the past year. Laundry facilities are up-to-date and they even switched to using a landry card so as to not deal with worrying about quarters. Highly recommended apartments. I will miss living here.

Scheduled an appointment to view a one bedroom. The minute I entered the building and the smell was awful. It wasn't clean or well-maintained. The onsite caretaker talked non-stop. She showed me an apartment that was so filthy! Dirty floors, junk piled on the furniture and the bed had clothing piled on it. Reeked of cigarettes and the wastebasket in the kitchen was overflowing with empty beer cans.A hoarder's paradise! Plus the online photo's are a false representation of the actual unit I was shown. So awful !

Let's get straight to the point. This place is only nice due to very close surrounding stores. Security door isn't really a security door, cameras was told it works very well and great, but I'm positive they don't even work. Maintenance guy seems to always be busy, which I'm sure he isn't. He can't figure out what's wrong with anything and act like he knows everything. Rude neighbors thinks they own the place. Laundry rooms...machines don't even work most of the time, always need attention. When specifically told they cannot enter apartment when no one is home, they still enters. Price went up due to one side of the building windows getting put up. Dolly is a very nice and cool manager, otherwise...this place is crap.
