The Jay Dacey Mortgage team is world class! They are amazing! Communication was quick and complete. They communicated in multiple ways and the team had each others' backs. (Someone was always available to answer our questions!) We are self-employeed and that can be tricky when purchasing a home. Other realtors made this challenging, but not the JD team! We will 100% use them in the future and will send everyone we know their way!

Our entire Jay Dacey team of Paul, Shannon & Madeline knocked it out of the park for us on our recent mortgage refi. In this day and age of inconsistent customer service, they were easy to work with, very helpful and super responsive to our every question. They DEF made us feel as if we werent just a number to them.
