BEWARE! Terrible experience with this dishonest company. Installed my water heater incorrectly and charged me to fix it. $150 mattered more than a life time customer!

If their plumbing is anything like their driving, avoid at all cost. Some man driving one of their trucks was weaving in and out of traffic in the West metro on 7/24/2023 shortly after Noon. No signals, speeding, unnecessary lane changes, causing lots of people to have to hard brake to avoid collisions. Cut in front of me four different occasions.

Urban Pine was responsive and prompt after our water heater leaked and we were forced to replace it. Nick, our service tech was thorough and did a great job on the install. They subcontract with Home Service Plus and was very pleased at the same day turn around for the installation. Service: Water heater installation
