I am so ecstatic, I found my forever home! Apartment Resource Group has everything I could ask for: I couldnt ask for a better manager, Angelas expertise and professionalism, along with her very personable and approacable demeanor, is truly a gift, willing to go above and beyond to handle any type of situation, making this a comfortable and perfect place to live. And then there is Kyle, our truly gifted and readily available maintenance hero, along with the rest of the maintenance crew. The interior of the building is clean, with the exterior being continually well kept. The Apartment Resource Group owner, Joelle, along with Chelsey and all the other staff, work exceptionally hard in all areas imaginable. I would definitely recommend Apartment Resource Group to anyone looking to rent. They have many properties in several locations. If for some reason I ever do move, it would be to another property owned by Apartment Resource Group. You should check out their website to see whats available! I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I want to give a big shout out to Lanore, my leasing agent who helped me find my new beautiful home and accommodated me with my crazy schedule. I want to also shout out Chelsey in the office for making the application process so smooth. Last but definitely not least, shout out to Billy in maintenance who handled all my minor work orders. My apartment was already in excellent condition. I absolutely love the flooring, the new windows, the doors, the trimming, the space, the area & all the walking trails. My mother & I love our new home and excited for our new beginning. Thank you to everyone at the Apartment Resource Group for making this move a pleasurable experience!

The groundskeeper at the Martinique, Rory, is very attentive, professional & responsive with any inquiries or issues that come up. I appreciate all that they do for the tenants & the building at this complex!
