        I have used Tangletown Realty twice within the last 10 years. This last time I bought a house they were patient and never pushed me, also didnt go above my budget. They listen to what I needed and really cared about my wants and needs with my family of 6. They are absolutely amazing and I would send everyone I know to them.

        As a small business I started working with Bonnie and Angela. The last property I was told to tear out a wall with extensive water damage. I opened the wall up and found all the wood was rotten, covered in black mold. I sent pictures to Bonnie her exact words to me were cover it up we are not going to replace it. As this is illegal, unethical, and unprofessional this was also a rental of Angelas that have a family living in it. She owes me $3,000. After I have sent invoices her exact words to me was take me to court!!!!

      Hi Lyle, the work you did was not for Tangletown Realty. However, as you know, the work you did was not acceptable and had to be re-done. The water issue you speak of was professionally remediated. You stole equipment from us and cost us additional money re-doing the work you were partially paid to do.
