I had a wonderful experience working with Tamara as a first-time homebuyer. Tamara made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive to any of the random questions I had regarding the home buying process and was timely / flexible to schedule all my requests to tour homes. This was a huge help. I both bought and sold this condo with Tam, and for good reason. Tam was as good during the selling process as she was during the purchasing process. Not only was she receptive to my thoughts, transparent, and readily available for anything that came up - but it was clear that she was always on my side. Hard to beat.

Tamara goes out of her way to make a good connection with you as an individual and meet you where you are at. She tries hard to identify your preferences and match her style accordingly.
