I worked with Rashad on a commercial real estate transaction. I found Rashad to be a honest man. He is a man of his words and a savvy business man and a goal getter. It was a pleasure to work with him from the beginning to completion. I will gladly work with him again.

As a broker I have client who need investors to purchase their property when they can not fix it, dont have funds to repair, have foreclosure issues, can not pay for their mortgage, Fall behind on payments, have tenants who do not pay rent, medical issues that cause them hardship, loss of a job and more My client could no longer make the mortgage payments and had tenants who has not paid rent since they moved in. She had to sell the property ASAP. I called Rashad since he is easy to work with, reasonable, can perform and purchase quickly- he closed within 10 days, purchase properties AS IS, transaction is smooth and with no hassle. Rashad assumed all required repairs in truth in housing and purchase the property as is. My seller was very happy that she said she is free at last: Freedom.
