Brad made my first time home buying experience completely harmonious. He listens to you and totally tailors the experience to your situation and preferences. In my case, I was basically obsessed with finding the right home, so I would constantly send him listings, the moment they hit the internet. He was always super fast to respond with his thoughts on the listing, and super fast to line up showings for us. I'm very happy in my home that Brad helped me secure, but when the time comes to make a move, there's no doubt I'll be enlisting Brad's help again! Update: I've now worked with Brad on another home purchase and the service level and commitment to finding the right home for me is still second to none.

I could not have asked for a better relator! As a 20-year-old buying my first house (knowing absolutely nothing about everything that entails) Brad guided me through the whole process with expertise and kindness. From responding to my emails late at night to getting up early to look at properties, I always knew he had my best interest at heart. Brad was professional, thorough, friendly and caring. We had to change from a different realty company and he worked hard at presenting a plan giving us the information we needed to move forward with him. Brad gave updates twice weekly giving us feedback and also let us know how he was reaching out to other realtors to advertise our home. He did a fabulous job and sold our home! I am very happy!
