It was our third time buying a house and thought we knew what and how it was, but Scott pointed out many more important things to look at - primarily considering our home-buying purpose. He is very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to give honest advice and guidance that catered to our needs/requirements. We first met him during our internet search - thankfully, it turned out he was personable and professional. We felt that his interest was our satisfaction, and it was not just to close a deal on a house or any house. He always found time for us during the whole process, and he gave us time - no pressure and no rush. The relationship did not end after the business, he still gets in contact like we added another friend to our list. We worked with Henry to sell our Highland Park home of 30 years. Getting it ready to show seemed like an insurmountable amount of work after everything we had collected over the years. Henry helped us break it down, directed us to wonderful vendors who could help and made the entire process seamless for us. He is highly communicative - both in initiating communication and responding to our questions. He and his team know the market, and are quick to navigate the process. I bought a house 14 years ago from Tom Edelstein, which was a positive experience. Pluses included Tom found a house that was perfect that I would have missed otherwise, along with the experience and Tom's professionalism and competence. Overall, he worked to find the right buyer (me), the right house, the right terms, and deal effectively with issues that arose. Now I'm married and the house has become too small, enter Henry. A chip off the old block. Like father like son. I love the house and want it to have new owners that love it like I do, and get the same care from the realtor during the transition. Done. Henry and his team were especially helpful with improvements that are best made in the transition between owners and in getting upgrades that our city requires when houses are sold. Because it is a major commitment and you care about the house you are about to buy or sell, you need a great realtor. Call Henry.

Henry is simply top notch. He and his team went above and beyond. We worked together approximately 8 months as I was exploring my options. When the time was right, he found me a wonderful place, I now call home, off market, in a highly competitive area in Highland Park. When we were closing he helped me secure a new roof for the house and the 900 square foot garage, a new AC unit, removal of an old gas tank, updating attic rafters, and more - all through the sellers expense. He didnt stop after the sale, like most agents do. He connected me with reasonably priced contractors for refinishing the floors, securing a dumpster, and even going to Best Buy to pick out a washer/dryer (given my busy schedule). He even gave me tips to maximize more home value in the remodeling process! Henry continues to touch base with me and check in and I will definitely be working with him again when the time is right. If youre buying a home in Highland Park, or anywhere, youd be foolish not to consider him.
