Working with Rare Form is unlike any other. Steve is direct, knowledgable and unconventional in a way that is refreshing and fun. He helped us sell our house when we relocated out of state, and then helped us find our new house when we came back to MN. He's not afraid to think out of the box and get creative. His knowledge in old homes was extremely helpful and his network of trades people is an amazing asset to have when considering a historic home. Would highly recommend Steve (and Anya!) if you want to find the right house and have some fun along the way.

My husband and I had just relocated from Seattle and, being brand new to the Twin Cities, we were honestly a little lost in our home search. Steve and team helped us buy a wonderful home in South Minneapolis. He encouraged us to look at a wide variety of homes varying in size, condition, neighborhood, and era. He was helpful in pushing our understanding of what our options really looked like. Steve was readily available, a sound guide for understanding the housing market, and a really wonderful person to be around. Steve's encouragement and keen understanding of old homes has allowed us to build more equity in our home that we ever thought possible. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Steve again in the future.

We are so glad that we found Rare Form to help us buy our first house! We had a wonderful experience working with them. We primarily worked with Georgi, and we genuinely think she is the best! She is professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. She helped us narrow our focus until we had a good sense of which neighborhoods we were open to and the characteristics we were looking for in a house. We especially appreciate that she was so patient and calm throughout the process. We never felt any pressure from her and loved that she would share her honest opinion about houses with us. She encouraged us to hold out for the right house, we are so glad we did! We absolutely love where we ended up and are grateful to Rare Form for making that happen. They were also able to help us coordinate with their tradespeople to have our floors refinished before we moved in, which was very convenient. We love this house, but if we ever move again, we will absolutely use Rare Form. TLDR: If youre looking for a classic home in the Twin Cities, you should 100 percent work with Rare Form!

We found Steve on Instagram and dreamed of owning a Rareform house for years before it was our turn to move out of our little zero bedroom and into our dream upgrade. The team at Rareform helped us finish up some projects and made it too adorable to resist. We were worried a zero bedroom would be hard to sell, but Steve got us 15 offers and way over asking! Two weeks after selling, we found our dream nestled between the creek and Lake Nokomis. Within an hour of it going on the market, Steve dropped everything and met me at the house. It was amazing and I was worried there would be heartbreak. Steve and team fought hard for us to win the house and we did! Not only did Steve get us in and out with a same day close, but hes also super fun to work with. Well miss walking through houses with him. We are SO glad we had Rareform on our team in landing us the dream. They make it look easy, but we know how hard everyone worked and are so appreciative. Amy & Josh Gloee
