I reached out to Linda Alter just days before a trip to the Twin Cities over the holidays to ask about seeing a few properties. Linda agreed and went above and beyond in planning a short tour of the neighborhoods we were interested in. The properties she showed us were beautiful, and we just loved the neighborhoods. We did a lot during our week in the Twin Cities and Lindas kindness added to the experience. We plan to visit again maybe in late spring or early fall and will definitely be back in touch with Linda.

As an out of town seller our experience with Linda was beyond our expectation. Honestly, there was nothing negative about the experience with Linda.
When we first met with Linda to talk about selling the house, her knowledge of the area was spot on. We had the challenges of a declining market due to high interest rates and the beginning of winter where the market becomes very slow. She worked with us to find the right price point to aggressively sell the house. She came prepared to our meeting with information on other listings/sales and homes pending to support the current market.
She was always available to answer any questions we had.
Linda and her team handled everything from scheduling the painters and handyman to get our home in selling shape; to getting haulers to remove anything we didn't want in the house when it went on the market and to making sure the house was staged when it did hit the market.
Linda and her expertise helped us through the offer stage to make for a smooth offer and escrow. We closed on the original closing date with no rushing around the last minute to get all items satisfied.
Linda is a top notch realtor that knows exactly what it takes to sell/buy a home.
