RTD Ice Dam Removal

They state that they service Fargo, ND; however when I requested service, all I got back was "all of our technicians are in Minneapolis, so we will not be able to assist. Sorry about that!" Please discontinue stating you'll service Fargo if you actually don't.

I had called another company, left a voicemail and never heard back. I called RTD and immediately spoke to a nice person that took down my information and set up an appointment. The gentlemen that did the dirty work were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I asked to them to keep the work to two hours and they did just that. They actually ended up clearing off more than we had discussed, but all within those two hours to keep my costs low. They then did their best to clean up and salt the sidewalks near the house. I plan to use them again if I'm ever in this awful situation again, and will recommend them to others as well.

It took two guys 8 hours to remove the ice dams from my 1,000 square foot house. At $525 an hour, I expected them to be a lot more efficient. A $4,200 bill was not what I was expecting.

Terrible customer service and communication. Unprepared to do the job. Would never use again/recommend.
