Huge thank you to Christine for making taxes so easy this year! This office is conveniently located, the tax experts are all very kind, and I am confident that my taxes were filed correctly.

Had an appointment on 04/01 at 11 AM. Had to dig my way out of the snow just like everyone else and when I arrived I was told that the person who was scheduled to help with my taxes had called in due to the weather. Which is fine, but how in the hell is it not standard protocol to have someone take a few minutes to call her customers for the day and advise them to not come in and to help them not waste their time? I am using your service this year out of necessity but it will be my first and last time using it. If you can't do the basics right I'm afraid of what the actual work looks like.
