Bell Museum

Awesome place, friendly staff, knowledgeable , super clean place. I just wish I had more time to check out the entire place, I also loved that they do live petting of a snake there

I am truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the staff and more specifically from Laura. She is the renting space manager and she was very unprofessional. From belittling people from the group and at one point making a person cry from her words and choice of demeanor. This is completely unacceptable and truly hope that she is held accountable for her actions. I would never recommend a person rent this space nor interact with a person such as Laura. People are paying good money to be in the space and shouldnt be scold. If there are things that arent fitting within the requirements of the venue then allow a conversation but instead Laura degraded, made people feel less then, talked down to and completely disrespected the event and the people whom were in attendance. We were forced out of the venue and just am truly upset with the venue as a whole.

My kids were recently there on a field trip. Our vet notified us that our dog, who had been hospitalized, was dying. I pulled my kids out of the field trip so they could say their goodbyes. A museum employee stopped me on the way out and gave our family passes to come back. And we did, the very next day. It was something we all looked forward to as a way of being together while we grieved. The planetarium show gave us needed perspective about life beyond our planet, and how precious it is. Thank you!
