Don't waste your time dealing with these guys. They will repeat themselves 100 times saying " we strive to be transparent with all aspects of diagnostic and repairs". 10 weeks they had our vehicle with no diagnostics done. When you call they will tell you to talk to Kevin, then Kevin will tell you to talk to Nate, then Nate will tell you to talk to the night shift Kevin. Not a single one had the slightest clue of what was going on. There wasn't even a work order made until I came to grab the truck and bring it elsewhere. Then Nate scrambled to type up a work order while I waited 15 min. I think the owners should look into how unprofessional the business is being run. What a Joke Edit: Truck is up and running great. New shop charged less then a grand for the repairs. Dickenson said it needed an IDM for about $4600.00 and after that it needed a new engine $24k for the engine and 40 hours labor. All it needed was a injector pressure regulator. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
