        Dont waste your time. They kept me waiting 40 min and then just want to sell every test possible to you to generate as many dollars per visit as possible. stay away

        I had to bring my cat in for a medical emergency. Everyone at SNOAH was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They have answered every single question, and I have never once felt rushed during any interaction with them. They have been absolutely fantastic!

        Shoreview North Oaks Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I've been to since moving to the metro. My dog is uneasy around strangers and the staff understand this and know how to make her feel comfortable (like actually happy wagging tail even). The prices are incredibly reasonable and staff are knowledgeable. The vets don't recommend any unnecessary procedures. They answer your questions, and empower you to make the best decision for your pets. I highly recommend them to anyone!

        I met like 5 different folks while getting my cats ear fixed up here. EVeryone was deluxe. WHAT ARE THE ODDS 5:5? Everyone a class act. No one made me feel like garbage or guilty for letting Sanch get nipped. Dr Emiliee is a straight shooter and supportive. With Either choice I made I felt like I was doing the right thing. It felt like I was getting a bargain to keep my best friend healthy. They made my cat so comfortable while getting a shot in the head. He was purring up a storm during the ordeal. No timid Tom's here. I was very happy with my experience except for the fact I didn't get yo meet the shop cat. I guess it was on a coffee break. I would have sent them a card, but I feel like this can help more folks.

        I drive 40 minutes to use this vet. The care and compassion is unmatched in my experience. Weve gone for 4 years now and they continue to give my dog the best care and accommodations.       Hi Ben. We are sorry you had to wait and ended up leaving before Jax was able to see the doctor. When you called at 9am to get Jax an appointment for the same day the staff tried to do Jax a favor and fit him in between other sick pet appointments. They did not want Jax to have to wait over the long Christmas weekend to be seen. Due to Jax's symptoms, advanced age, and that he hasn't been seen by our clinic in 2 years, our Vet Techs were instructed to ask if you would authorize the diagnostic tests recommended by our Doctor. This allows for a quicker appointment for our clients and more time discussing the results/outcome and safe treatment options with the doctor. We hope you were able to get Jax into the emergency room or made an appointment with a veterinarian for today (Tuesday). Just let us know where you would like us to send Jax records and we will get them sent over. Kip
