Greg's knowledge and assistance in implementing this system has been invaluable to our management team. In addition to Greg knowing this efficient system inside out, having a person from outside our company lead us through quarterly and annual goal setting sessions keeps us on track and focused on the most important issues. We leave our quarterly meetings with a 90 day action plan, goals, and accountability for every team member. The Traction system has also given us an efficient structure for our weekly management team meetings. Most importantly, this system easily identifies team members who may not be a good fit for our business and gives us the confidence to make difficult but necessary team member improvements. It is possible to try implementing the Traction system on your own, but I strongly recommend using Greg as an Implementer. Worth every penny. Pays for itself.
