    We were able to work with Melody and her team for our wedding this February. When we got engaged a year ago, we knew we wanted to have a wedding within the year, and we knew we'd need some help. We interviewed a few different wedding planners, and Melody was clearly the best choice. She helped keep us on task, helped with vendors, and her team was essential to our wedding day success. There are so many things that go into a wedding, many that you simply wouldn't think of, and Melody made sure it was all taken care of. Melody is organized, clear, and not afraid to make suggestions. If you're looking for a wedding planner, we highly recommend Events by Melody.

    It honestly is going to be hard for me to put into words how amazing Melody and her team was throughout my whole wedding process. For months, weeks, days leading up to my wedding, Melody responded to my emails within minutes of sending them. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and really had clear communication. She also communicated with all my vendors which was LIFE SAVING. This was definitely not something I had considered in the planning process, and just when I started feeling overwhelmed with all the vendor responses, Melody would step in to respond/clarify any questions. We had a design meeting where she got all my ideas and inspiration, and a final meeting where we discussed timeline, and all the final details her and her team needed. It was a little scary to me, thinking maybe they wouldnt understand my vision and my day could have looked different than I wanted, but when I walked into my reception room once it was done it was straight out of my dreams, and they absolutely nailed it. Seeing the whole room come together was something I was definitely nervous about, and they really made my dreams turn into a reality. Now onto day of my wedding and Julia and Taylor as my coordinators. The calm, cool, and collective presence these two bring is what every bride needs. I never felt like they were bombarding me with questions or felt like they were stressed out. When I say I didnt have to worry about a THING day of, I mean it. There were different times of the day where I thought oh I should go in and check with Julia to make sure she knows what to do. Obviously I didnt have time, but after a while, I realized that they got it, and I could TRULY let go, enjoy my wedding day, and not have any worries or stresses. Having a wedding planner/day of coordinator is something every bride needs, but specifically Melody, Julia, and Taylor was a dream team to work with, and Ive never been happier. Best day of my life.

    Events by Melody was personally referred to me by Anna Hren and I could not be happier with our decision and experience working with Melody and her team! I have heard from so many brides how stressful wedding planning and the big day can be, and I can honestly say it was one of the best and least stressful experiences for me and my husband. Melody was amazing in making any idea and vision I had happen and connected me with vendors that could bring my vision to life. Melody and her team made sure that everything was in order and accounted for leading up to the big day. Any questions I had, she was happy and eager to answer. She was instrumental in reaching out to all of my vendors and coordinating all of the logistics so I did not have to worry about a thing. I cannot even tell you how incredible it was to not have to worry about or focus on anything other than marrying the love of my life. Our Day-Of Coordinator, Taylor Curley, and Assistant Coordinator, Anna Hren, were absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with. I received countless compliments from my guests on how amazing they were. They went absolutely above and beyond- and I am so thankful they were a part of our big day. Taylor didnt hesitate to run out to buy me a needle and thread when I forgot my sewing kit in my car that I left at the hotel. And Anna personally sewed my sleeves into my wedding dress when the buttons meant to secure them kept popping off. These ladies also left me absolutely speechless with our reception reveal- it was better than anything I could have envisioned. Thank you Melody, Taylor and Anna for making our wedding even better than our wildest dreams. I cannot recommend Events by Melody enough!!

    Oh my goodness, where to start with Melody and her team. I worked with Melody for the month leading up to my wedding and she took so much weight off my shoulders. I didn't know how nice it would be to have someone helping to create timelines, check in and confirm all vendors (arrival times, all the details, etc). I have heard the two weeks leading up to your wedding are the most stressful and I didn't feel that way at all. Then on the wedding day itself I worked with the phenomenal Taylor and her assistant Anna. Taylor was more than I ever could have dreamed. She was calm, was always there to get anything I or my family/bridal party needed. All the vendors had a go to person, she organized the rehearsal, got me a glass of champagne all night, she (and Anna) at one point were on their hands and knees scrubbing out the dirt from my dress (it was a rainy day) and I was just in disbelief on everything they did!! Not to mention they were a blast to be around. I would not have enjoyed my day as much as I did if it wasn't for Taylor and Anna. I'd use Melody and her team again in a heartbeat!!
