Tim provided a wealth of knowledge, not only regarding the sale of real estate, but also with tips to improve the value and appearance of our home, without investing too much money or time. The price we sold our home for far exceeded our expectations, and Tim made it a seamless process. This is an easy review to write! Tim does a phenomenal job as my realtor and is 100% customer-focused. He has assisted me on three separate home purchases/sales, and I cant imagine a better experience. He is knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and always very responsive. Its clear to me that Tims goal is to help his clients have the best buying/selling experience possible. I highly recommend him!
