Finding the right realtor can make all the difference in the stressful process of buying and selling a home. I can't recommend Matt and April enough. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the market, did their research when it came to selling our home and understanding the location, and they were patient with my endless questions about home buying and selling. Matt and April always had our best interests at heart and never pressured us into a decision we werent comfortable with. Their communication was fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way. Matt and April made my sale quick, efficient and pleasant. I've known the Schafers since our kids were little and they've always been two genuine, salt-of-the-earth people who have a stellar reputation in our community. They always went the extra mile when answering general real estate questions as well as when I signed a Sellers Agreement. My townhome sold in less than three weeks at full asking price. We highly recommend working with Matt and April. They were extremely helpful every step of the way with selling our Savage home. Matt and April sold our house for us back in June. They guided us every step of the way.
