As a military family, relocating is a part of our life. When we met Amy we were planning our 10th move in 15 years. Even though we have picked up and moved across the country before, its always a daunting task. We knew that the post pandemic real estate market was full of new challenges and market driven changes we were unaccustomed to and therefore we would need an exceptional Realtor to guide us more than ever. We set out in search of someone who specializes in relocation. I was immediately impressed with Amys videos regarding her experience, her understanding of the needs of relocation buyers and especially appreciated her videos where she discussed the current market with lenders. It was evident she is passionate about her field and she is well informed. Never before have we had such a pleasant real estate transaction. She went into the trenches for us. Her willingness to make the calls, create amazingly helpful videos of home showings, and research each property was unlike any effort put forth for us. Amy is an excellent communicator, great at negotiating with other Realtors and advocating for her clients. Amy Jurek was simply amazing and a life saver for us! My wife and I made a major decision to move across the country for a new opportunity in Minnesota back in the spring of 2022. We were in the midst of a hypercompetitive real estate market in the twin cities, rising interest rates, and all the typical anxieties associated with moving to a new area. From the moment we met Amy, we felt an immediate sense of support and confidence and came up with a gameplan to get us our dream house. We ended up getting our house in Woodbury (sight unseen)! Amy gave us an a very thorough and detailed virtual tour of our prospective house. She pointed out many things that our home inspector highlighted for us. Although, we were initially hesitant to do virtual showings, I think it is the future in real estate and we were in excellent hands with Amy! Amy has also pointed us in the direction of several contacts in home improvement and they have provided excellent service and results. She also connected us with a mortgage broker, who was absolutely a dream to work with. Amy kept us on track with the closing process and really simplified the home buying process to two individuals with zero experience with real estate. A truly "one stop" no hastle experience.
