        Working with Ray was great! His attention to detail and his perseverance in making sure my project was completed to my satisfaction - even in the face of some extenuating circumstances (!), is unsurpassed. He was responsive, kept in good communication, quick to schedule appointments and timely in arrival and execution. He was respectful of my home work space and worked cleanly and efficiently. Im looking forward to my next window project and contacting Ray for his help! April Update: I'm now in the process of completing my window treatments and have contacted Ray for the work. So far, so Good!

        Ray was able to fix most of the issues in this visit and will be coming back to replace a blind and finish one more repair. He is pleasant and personable. And the completed blinds look great. I appreciate that there wont be another service charge when he returns. We love that theres a company that comes to the home to do the repairs!!!
