        No longer managed by GD properties they are now managed by Granite City Properties and name has been changed to Atwell Grove. I would not recommend renting from this apartment complex. Management is very unprofessional and talk very mean and down to their tentants. Also it took maintenance more than a month to get a refrigerator that was broken into my apartment I lost $300 worth of food because nobody would replace my refrigerator. That was after notifying three times by email and also by voicemail. It used to be run by an awesome landlord but things have changed and have gone downhill maybe talk to and get to know the landlord or management before moving in.
