        I have been overcharged for services. Originally I was set up on auto-pay and they overcharged me. I contacted Cynthia via email She stated that she would handle the refund. That never happened. Since then, they withdrew 2 more payments but those were also higher than the contract price. I have spent so much time trying to reach someone to clear this up. Cynthia no longer works there and the Manager Jon Magnuson is incognito. They owe me over $233.40 I have tried every possible attempt to get some answers but nothing is ever done. This company should not be allowed to service customers. This billing is the same issue at my office and now we no longer use them as well. If I am being charged outside of a contract price there should be some recourse Any other contract would need to be upheld. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to report this company.
