        Hired for my FIL's probate for what was "an easy probate" given we did not posses the original will, only a signed copy form his attorney. We paid the retainer for this case in late April 2023 after the courts rejected our first filing. We provided all documents swiftly after paying the retainer. They sat on our case with zero movement for over 4 months. When we inquired about the case, finding this delay out, we asked for monthly updates from Toepfer for our case. That was in September 2023. We have not received these monthly updates. I did check and there have been filings in mid November 2023, and we have had communication recently.
