    St cloud is where we took our car in for a recall to be taken care of. A few years ago we went to St cloud to a board the Amtrak train to Essex, Montana. There is no train depot in Essex Montana. They call that a whistle stop! St cloud is a great place to visit & shop & eat!

    Poor communication from my sales person. Under par customer service for Genesis brand. After getting my 2023 Genesis GV80 delivered and fully paid, I was told to expect my old license plate transferred to my GV80 before February 15 and car tile delivered in about 4-6 weeks. I was given a temporary license expiring on February 15. As the expiration approaching, I called and texted my sales person for the status. No response. Finally I was able to get ahold of another sales person Bob, who happened to be the one who delivered my car. He is great to speak to. And was courteous and thorough during the delivery as well. He told me its ok to put my old license plate on. The paperwork should be done any day. The expiration date came and went. Nothing happened. I went to the ND DMV. They told me to contact my dealer because they had no records. I called my sales person on his cell and left massages. Again no response. So I asked to speak to the sales manager. He said he would talk to my sales person to find out why and transferred me to the title person to find out the reason myself. This is not even remotely close to the level of service one would have received from BMW,, Mercedes, Acura an Lexus. Now it is 20 days past the expiration of the temporary license plate. I was planning to drive my GV 80 out of state for my family spring break. And I dont even have my GV 80 registered with proper paperwork and license plate. All I need are two things, vehicle registration and title. In the end, Mike (not my sale person) from Finance department called. He would overnight another temporary license plate to me as I requested to the sales manager. He informed me the paperwork was submitted the day after the sales was concluded. He did not know why its taking so long for the DMV. I asked for a copy of the title and license plate transfer paperworks so that I can go back to DMV again to trace it down myself. In summary, genesis of Saint Cloud does not have the capability to provide the level of service,Genesis advertised and claimed on their website. Unexpected delay happens, but how Genesis of Saint cloud handles it is way below expectation.

    Service department did great work on my car. It took a lot longer than it should have, but service advisor apologized. My biggest issue is that they have signs on every door about wearing a mask, but people in the waiting room were not wearing masks. Customers and sale's people in the showroom were not wearing masks. I believe in the hour and a half I was there, I saw one salesperson wearing a mask. One person, maybe an employee kept walking back and forth to the service area wearing a camo jacket not wearing a mask. I ended up standing by the service area or walking around outside. I don't want to get my grandkids sick just because this business can't be responsible enough to enforce their own signs, even with their own employees. Maybe they don't care if people get sick. I used to think this was a really good business, now I don't know.
