        Had a rear window replaced and that was good but the technician broke the rear wiper arm and he said they would replace it. Now the boss called and said they wont replace it after his technician broke it. This is terrible customer service and will never use or recommend them.

        Some miscommunication had happened, but instead of the usual runaround and rhetoric, they took accountability of the situation, expressed their explicit apology for the situation, and gave us the entire service for FREE.
