Im new to the area and was really nervous about finding a new place to go to, especially because I was wanting something a little different. Lacey did a fantastic job, she gave me exactly what I was looking for! I am beyond happy with her work and I will definitely be coming back. It ended up being a little more than I had anticipated based on the consult, but I felt the price was incredibly reasonable despite. It was also a very friendly and welcoming environment which I appreciated very much. Thank you!!

Shelly, owner, came to work almost 10 min late and smelling like cig smoke. No apology. Kept interrupting me while trying to tell her what my former hair dresser told me to tell her so I wld get the cut and color I wanted. She didn't listen to a word I said and kept saying 'I know, I know what I'm doing. She went to have a cig at least 3 times coming back smelling like smoke. Shelly continuously bragged about how good she was. Hmmm... She did things her own way, everything was awful. Told Shelly "oh my gosh! The color! It's wrong, so wrong. She said "it'll be ok, it's summer anyway." WHAT!!! I told her i cldnt live with it so she agreed to re-color and give me the color I asked for in the first place. The cut was longer on one side than the other but I didn't complain. She sold me large bottles of shampoo & conditioner. After getting them home found the pump didn't work on the shampoo. Oh well, sucked it up and will NEVER let that narcissist touch my hair again!
